Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Rupha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following Returns and Exchanges Policy.

  1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • The request is made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item was not listed as final sale or marked as non-returnable.
  1. Returns

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at finanzas@rupha.cl to initiate the return process.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant supporting information.
  • Await confirmation and further instructions from our customer service team.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method at your expense.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status and process your refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are received outside the specified time frame.

  1. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at finanzas@rupha.cl to request an exchange.
  • Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement.
  • Await confirmation and further instructions from our customer service team.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method at your expense.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, we will process a return and issue a refund.

  1. Return Shipping

For both returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

  1. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will be credited for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.

  1. Final Sale Items

Items listed as final sale or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
